ATOL protection
All package holidays booked through us, which include a flight, are protected under the ATOL scheme, which is operated by the Civil Aviation Authority and guaranteed by the government. In effect, this means in the event of the collapse of an airline, the CAA will be responsible for refunding the cost of holiday or organising and covering the cost of return flights as appropriate.
