We know it's important that you get the most accurate price for your holiday, so we’ve designed our website to always provide you with the best value combination for your criteria.
The prices you see online are based on the best prices available for each package, which includes return flights, your accommodation and return resort transfers or car hire. These are combined to produce one price for your holiday package*.
When you book a holiday that includes flights with us, you'll receive:
- Return flights and transfers (coach, rail, taxi or car hire as stated) to and from your resort.
- Flight baggage allowance of 20kgs per adult with Thomson Airways, but varying with other airlines and selected routes. See our Flights and flying information page for further information.
- Accommodation and meals as per your booking
- Help and advice in-resort where we provide a Crystal rep, including the ability to follow your rep on Twitter
- Access to expert information on your resort using our online information pack
- All local taxes, VAT, UK and overseas service charges are included
- All current airport taxes are included in our prices including Air Passenger Duty
Essential extras such as activities, excursions and travel insurance are optional and therefore come at an additional cost.
*In some circumstances, prices and availability may update during the day so you may find price differences later in the booking process. This is usually due to high demand for the selected holiday. Should you have any issues with this, please contact us.
