Valid travel insurance for the whole duration of your stay is a requirement of going on holiday with us.
If you are affected by delays, you may be able to reclaim the costs against your travel insurance depending on your policy. Before you depart we recommend you check your travel insurance policy carefully to ensure you have the appropriate level of cover in place.
Please note we may not always be aware of delays on some scheduled or internal flights - in which case, your airline will provide, where possible, welfare in the form of refreshments or accommodation in line with the length of the delay.
