We’ll be there should your flight get delayed
If your flight to or from your destination is delayed, we'll do our best to ensure that you're properly informed of updates and that any waiting time is as comfortable as possible.
We provide free text message updates whenever there are serious delays. If you have not provided your mobile phone number during the booking process, please contact us with your booking reference and the mobile number you would like us to add to your booking details. Your mobile number will only be used for service updates and not for marketing purposes.
In the event of a flight delay that exceeds 3 hours:
In conjunction with your airline, we will endeavour to provide light refreshments.
In the event of a flight delay that exceeds 5 hours:
In conjunction with your airline, we will endeavour to provide light refreshments and a main meal, depending on local circumstances.
In the event of extended delays:
We will do our best to make arrangements for overnight accommodation for you and your party. We are there to help and support along the way keeping you informed of any updates. Please make sure you give us your mobile number and we'll send you a text message update.
