Online Info packs
Resort maps, ideas for days out, walking routes and contact details for your Thomson Hoilday Advisor. Your Info pack is available online and on your mobile before your holiday.
Let us know your email address when you book and we'll send you a reminder when it's ready. Let us know your mobile number and we'll text you a reminder to have a look at your info before you go.
To access your Info pack you'll need your 6-digit booking reference number, the surname of the person who booked your holiday, and your departure date.
You'll find taking a printed or downloaded version of your Info pack on holiday with you is handy, as you'll have all the information you need, wherever you are.
Text message service
When you book let us know your mobile number so we can text you any important info about your holiday, including the 24-hour assistance number for your resort. All for free.
