Local area rep
We'll give you a call to say hi once you've settled in to your accommodation. If you need to call us for any reason, you'll find our number alongside all our local knowledge in your information pack. Whether it's to book an excursion or get great tips for your resort. Just call 24/7.
In-resort rep
We'll meet you at the airport. If you need any info we'll be available – starting with a welcome at the beginning of your holiday. There's also lots of tips, activities and excursions in your information pack too. Let us know what you'd like and we can book them.

Information packs
Resort maps, ideas for days out, walking routes. Even the weather forecast. Your information pack is available online 28 days before your holiday. Let us know your email address when you book and we'll send you a reminder when it's ready. Let us know your mobile number and we'll text you a reminder to have a look at your info before you go.
To access your information pack all you need is your 6 digit booking reference number. You'll find taking a printed copy of your information pack on holiday with you really helpful, as you'll have all the information you need handy, wherever you are.
Text message service
When you book let us know your mobile number so we can text you any important info about your holiday, including the 24 hour assistance number for your resort. All for free.
