28 days before your holiday you'll receive access to an online information pack that's dedicated to your resort. All you need is your 6 digit booking reference number.
As well as tons of local knowledge and information, the information pack has the contact details for your local rep. If you have a particular question then you can get a direct answer from an expert on the ground, or just get to know your rep before you meet them - they're always up for a bit of twitter banter.
The information pack can be viewed on a mobile phone too and you can print it out so it's handy for you to refer to whilst on holiday.
