Become an expert before you’ve got on your flight
When you've booked your holiday, you'll get access to an online information pack specific to your resort. It's written by the Crystal team, so it's full of expert, first-hand knowledge.
The information pack is available 28 days before departure so you can really plan what you'll get up to.
If you haven't done so already then provide us with your mobile phone number. Before you travel we'll text free of charge your rep's contact details straight to your phone so you always have it close at hand.
Your information pack has contact details for your rep (you can even drop them a tweet if you like) and other things like resort maps, ideas for days out, the 'must-sees' in the local area and general tips to consider before you leave/while you're in-resort.
