This renovated convent dates back to the 16th century and retains many of the original features, effortlessly combining ancient and modern to create a totally unique luxury hotel. The original town walls run around the outdoor pool, where you can relax on a lounger and enjoy a chilled drink. At the centre of the building is the outdoor cloister, with its water features and shaded seating areas it’s the perfect place to read and relax.
