Secluded for many years surrounded by mountains and water, this charming fishing village was accessible by boat only until 1932. Now linked by road via the fantastic series of tunnels commissioned by Mussolini. • Lemon trees were originally introduced to Limone in the 13th century by the monks. They now fill the terraces carved into the mountain providing an enchanting visit not to be missed.
