So what's it like?
The family run Casa Canarino is situated in a really convenient spot, tucked between tree covered mountains and the old town centre. You can easily stroll to the lakeside, the little harbour and the main piazza in five minutes or so. For a small hotel, it comes with a good range of facilities - there’s a sauna, a steam room and an outdoor whirlpool. Elsewhere, there’s a breakfast room designed in the style of an Italian bistro. Morning buffets are laid on here, with cereals, boiled eggs, fresh rolls, hams and all manner of jams laid on the counter. There’s a terrace, too, so you can eat in the sunshine.
