When you begin exploring Torri you are likely to be drawn to the magnificent Scaligero castle, its Ghibelline roots are to thank for its distinctive swallow tail battlements. To find out more about the local area, the museum in the castle is well worth a visit. To avoid disappointment remember it is often shut on Mondays! Another must see, in the main square of Torri del Benaco, is Pietro Paolo church. Not only is it a place to contemplate the world and admire the religious iconography but it is also a great place to escape the summer heat.
Wedding ceremonies can be held in various locations within the castle and we'll organise everything, ensuring your special day goes by without any stress. Evening atmosphere
Torri isn't the busiest resort but still has its fair share of places to sit at in the warm summer evenings. A stroll around the pretty harbour is best followed by enjoying a drink or ice cream at one of the nearby cafés. If you fancy something a bit different head for dinner in a few villages up the coast in Casteletto. At the wonderful Osteria al Pescatore the menu changes nightly but the service and wine is always top notch.Getting about
A pretty lakeside path extends along the length of the resort - ideal for relaxing evening strolls. Local buses run frequently to resorts to the north and south of the lake or take a ferry across to the western side.
