So what's it like?
Grindelwald is at the end of the valley that meets the Wetterhorn and Eiger mountains. The location is dramatic, dominated by the infamous north face of the Eiger, and is fantastic walking country with a huge network of lifts, including the First and the Männlichen (the longest gondola in Europe) which really opens up the area. The 7 day Bernese Oberland Pass - available in Wengen, Grindelwald, Interlaken & Kandersteg - will give you 3 days of unlimited travel by rail, boat, bus & cableway and 4 days paying half price.

The mountain resorts of Wengen and Grindelwald make a superb combination with Lake Geneva or Lake Lucerne. Why not combine Grindelwald with Zermatt and Davos on the Glacier Express Tour?
